This is a small, honest club in its first city. These terms are short on purpose. Using the club means you are fine with them.

Who can join

The club is invite-only and made up of verified working professionals. You get in through an invite, and we confirm you work in the industry using your work email. Keep your account to yourself. It is tied to a real, verified person, which is what makes the club worth being in.

Play money only

Nothing here is played for real money. There are no buy-ins, no wagers, and no prizes with any cash value. It is play money and good company. This is not gambling, and Open Seat Club is not a casino or a betting service.

How to behave

The whole point is a room you would actually want to be in. So:

No pitching. If you meet someone at a night, do not turn it into a recruiting or sales pitch for at least 30 days. Let it be a real connection first.
No harassment. Harassment gets you removed on the first strike. Because everyone is verified, a ban actually sticks.
Be a good guest. Show up when you RSVP, or tell us early if you cannot. The seats are limited and someone else wanted yours.

Nights can change

We may cancel or reschedule a night when we need to. We will tell you as soon as we know. A seat is an invitation to a night, not a guarantee the night happens exactly as planned.

Your account and your data

You sign in with an emailed code or a one-tap link. There is no password to manage. You can delete your account and your data yourself from the login page, and you can stop all email by replying never again to any message. How we handle your data is spelled out in the privacy policy.

No promises we cannot keep

We run the club with care, but we offer it as-is. We cannot promise it will always be available or bug-free, and we are not responsible for what happens between members off the felt. Use good judgment, the same as you would at any gathering of people you have just met.

Ending things

You can leave any time by deleting your account. We may remove someone who breaks these rules, especially the conduct ones. No hard feelings on a quiet exit; the door works the same way if you ever come back.

These terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the club after that means you accept the new version. Questions go to oded@openseatclub.com, or just reply to any email. The club is run by Open Seat Club, in Tel Aviv.
