Your work email is the whole key. No password exists, so there is nothing to forget or to leak.
A 6-digit code lands in your inbox. Ten minutes, one use. The email also carries a one-tap link if you prefer.
A personal address, added only after your work email is verified. It is plumbing, not identity: never displayed, never emailed, except as the way back into your account when a job switch kills the work inbox. Adding one alerts your work inbox, on purpose.
Real deletion, not archiving: your account, answers, sessions and addresses are removed; night records you appeared in are anonymized. Type delete my account to arm the button.
